Museum For Hire The Museum is now able to host 18th and 21st Birthday Parties within the Museum Conference Hall. The Conference Hall is an ideal space for such a party, events in this area can be managed professionally and tailored to meet your needs.
The Conference Hall is an ideal location to host a party for up to 100 guests. Tables can be placed around the room with additional space for a DJ and dancing. The adjoining Museum Boardroom is ideal to host a bar and catering. Explosion can help to arrange a cash bar and also assist with catering. Please note that you cannot cater your own event, or attempt to run a bar yourself.
18th and 21st Birthdays require the Museum to employ door staff. The Museum can help to organise this provision through our SIA qualified contacts. Standard Hire times for 18th and 21st Birthdays are from 7pm until 11.15pm.
A typical Party in the Conference Hall would cost: -
Conference Hall Hire - £450.00 + VAT
Quality Finger Buffet - £6.00 per person + VAT
Door Staff - upto £180.00 + VAT
Hire of Cash Bar - £100.00 + VAT
