Additional Charges:
Ceremony Only weddings – £1.00+VAT per person – Explosion can organise Champagne glasses and service of your drink after your ceremony whilst you have photos before moving on to your reception venue (1½hrs)
Dance Floor - £180.00 + VAT (compulsory with DJ/Band)
Tables Cloths - £3.00+VAT per covered cloth (caterers will usually cover tables as part of a catering package. This charge is only applicable when you require Explosion to cover tables)
Security Staff - £250.00+VAT (optional)
Terms of Hire: A deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking and the balance will be requested by invoice sent to you 6 weeks before your wedding date. Please note that Explosion! is a non-smoking venue and that the wearing of stilettoed heels is prohibited in the Grand Magazine.
Cancellation: If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, the deposit of 25% is non refundable and there will be a cancellation fee relating to any further costs incurred by Explosion! as a result of the cancellation.
